Nikki Johnston Beaudoin,
Owner & Trainer, Sea to Sky Paddle Fit
Nikki is a certified Personal Trainer, Power Flow Yoga Instructor, as well as a certified Paddle Canada and World Paddle Association Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Instructor based in North Vancouver, BC.
Guided by mentors like Gillian Gibree from Paddle Into Fitness and Kristy Wright Schell from Stand Up Paddle Vancouver, she has been teaching Stand Up Paddling for five years, and leads Paddle Into Fitness Teacher Trainings throughout North America.
As a Fitness Professional, her primary mission is to help people achieve their fitness goals and create balance in their lives. She loves to work with people so they can feel their best; balancing fitness, wellness, nutrition, play and rest to achieve optimal health and wellness.
Nikki is a lover of outdoor activities, including skiing, mountain biking, hiking, surfing and Stand Up Paddle boarding. She loves to sweat and believes in the power of fitness not only for physical health, but for mental and emotional health. She is happiest in the woods or on the water, and believes in the holistic benefits of an active lifestyle.
She is passionate about sharing knowledge on wellness, sleep, meditation, nutrition, yoga and fitness. She is an eternal student with an insatiable appetite for knowledge in personal health and wellness, and is committed to life-long learning. She has taken a number of seminars and courses including Pre and Post Natal Fitness, Fit Chicks Fitness & Nutrition Expert Program, Precision Nutrition Level 1, Dean Somerset's Ruthless Mobility and regularly attends fitness and yoga conferences and workshops every year.
With a professional background in public relations, she found yoga in grad school in 2008. It helped her through the stress and uncertainty of studies, and brought her back to the agility and flexibility she learned as a young kid in competitive gymnastics. She strongly believes that yoga should be a quintessential part of training for, and recovering from, our favourite sports and outdoor pursuits - and for life in general. Yoga continues to guide and humble her everyday on and off the mat.
Nikki has contributed personal health, SUP and fitness articles to lowerlonsdale.ca, Rapid Media Magazine, Paddle Canada, Paiwen Paddleboards, SUP Journal and Strong Fitness magazine.
She also works as a Master Trainer with Paddle into Fitness, based in San Diego, California, leading and assisting with SUP Teacher Trainings throughout Canada and the USA.
Passionate about fitness, wellness, nutrition and mostly, being active outside, it is her dream to offer opportunities to others to embrace fitness, indoors and out, and lead an active, wholesome lifestyle.
She is proud to be on the Paiwen Girl Paddleboard Team and to be a Brand Ambassador for Malarae and Paddle Into Fitness.

A certified WPA SUP Instructor and a local North Vancouverite from Lynn Valley, Ashley brings many years of teaching experience to Sea to Sky Paddle Fit. With a professional background in film make-up and special effects, she has plenty of fun and unbelievable stories to tell, and a personality that will keep you smiling ear to ear.

Marc Beaudoin
Business Advisor
With over 15 years of business and sales experience under his belt, Marc acts as a Business Advisor at Sea to Sky Paddle Fit. He helps with day to day decision-making, and you might also find him shlepping SUPs around. His passions are the outdoors and dogs; he loves to ski, mountain bike, hike, Stand Up Paddle and enjoy all that the Sea to Sky corridor has to offer.

Hayley Wilson
Master Precision Nutrition & Fitness Advisor
Every coach needs a coach! Hayley works with Nikki at Sea to Sky, providing advice and counsel on everything fitness and nutrition, and she is a contributor to the Sea to Sky blog.
Hayley is a research-driven nutrition and lifestyle coach, personal trainer, and overall health and wellness devotee. She’s also a mom, entrepreneur, writer, researcher, and self-taught cook. She is passionate about educating people on the topics of whole food nutrition, stress, sleep, mindfulness, hormonal imbalances, metabolic disorders, pre and post-natal health, strength training, core stability, mobility, and functional movement. Hayley is a certified Personal Training Specialist and Group Fitness Specialist with a focus on mobility, strength training, and core stability.
For over six years, Hayley has trained clients at the Valley Fitness Centre, where she works with men and women of all ages and ability levels, helping them get stronger, move better, and reach their health and physique goals.
Hayley is always advancing her knowledge in the field and has taken numerous seminars with Twist Conditioning and Dean Somerset, including: SMART Muscle, Advanced Core Training, Ruthless Mobility, and Post Rehab Essentials.
To ensure her clients get results, Hayley pairs personal training with nutritional coaching and lifestyle management. She studied with Precision Nutrition for over two years, learning their best coaching research, strategies, tools, and technologies. She’s now one of a few elite Level 2 Precision Nutrition Certified Master Coaches, and has exclusive access to ProCoach, a nutrition coaching software that’s exclusively available to Precision Nutrition Certified Pros.
Hayley believes in better over perfect, improvement over perfection, and gives her clients permission to live authentically, while finding tools to create a healthy lifestyle that works for them. As a new mother herself, she is also passionate about educating pre and postnatal mamas about staying strong and safe in pregnancy, and recovering post-pregnancy. She uses proven habit-based coaching to help her clients improve their health, manage their weight, and increase their performance one little step at a time.
