Nikki is a Personal Trainer in North Vancouver, certified through Canfitpro. She offers a non-intimidating, functional, holistic and fun approach to training, whether you choose to take it outdoors, to the gym or in the comfort of your home.
With a background in competitive gymnastics, yoga, Stand Up Paddling, and a love of outdoor sports, she looks forward to working with you and listening to you to help you achieve your fitness, wellness and health goals - whatever they may be!

Located at 275 Fell Avenue in North Vancouver, Soul Fitness is a beautiful, bright and private multidisciplinary boutique studio, which includes towel and water bottle service. You can also see kinesiologists, physiotherapists, Registered Massage Therapists for all your other personal health needs at Soul Fitness. We all work together to serve you better! The studio also features an infrared sauna, which can be booked for 30 minute sessions at an additional charge.
Only those training with Trainers can access the gym, making Soul Fitness a friendly and non-intimidating environment. It is a welcoming place where you will recognize faces and everybody will know your name!
