Take your workout to the water! Join us for a Stand Up Paddle Fitness Series on Ambleside Beach, West Vancouver.
This progressive series will last five weeks, and will run every Monday night. The bootcamp style workout takes place on the beach and out on the water. Every class will build on the last, and will challenge you with new skills and drills.
If you are new to paddling, not to worry! The first class of the series will be an introduction to Stand Up Paddling, where you will learn the foundational skills for safe and effective strokes and turns on the water.

Price: $180 for the complete session, includes equipment $80 for the complete session, bring your own equipment
