Sunset Run &
Stand Up Paddle Series

Run & Stand Up Paddle the West Van Sea Wall

Join us for your evening sweat and serenity - we will run 6 - 7K on the West Vancouver Sea Wall, followed by a serene paddle at Sunset.

If the weather is roasty after the run, dive into the water before we go for a paddle!


The run will begin at the Ambleside concession and we will run to Dundarave Pier (in front of the Beach House restaurant, and then back to the concession. We will split the group into a level I and level II running groups. 

After the run, we will hop on paddleboards as the sun goes down.

(No paddling experience required - the first session will review the basics).

Meet in front of Women's public washrooms


Price: 
$160 for the complete session, includes equipment
$60 for the complete 
session, bring your own equipment
