We thank you for choosing us on your paddling journey. We would like to take a moment to remind you of our cancellation policy.

First, this policy is as important for you as it is for us. A strong cancellation policy keeps you accountable and keeps our business running smoothly. Because the weather plays a big part in your experience and safety on the water, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone a scheduled lesson or class due to inclement weather. Your safety and experience on the water is our main priority. 

Below is our official cancellation policy with regards to Stand Up Paddleboard class reservations:

In general, we will not issue refunds for any classes or lessons booked, and will always attempt to reschedule.

For booking cancellations related to inclement weather
Should we and/or you decide to cancel a class to due poor weather and water conditions, we will not issue any refunds. Rather, we will attempt to reschedule your lesson or class at a later date. After many attempts, should we be unable to find a date that works for both parties, a $25 cancellation fee will be levied from the booking, and we will refund the balance to you.
