It is not a traditional prenatal course, but dives into pelvic floor and deep core anatomy allowing you to understand your own body through pregnancy, labour and delivery. The workshop teaches you what movements you can do at home to help best prepare for, and recovery from labour.
As the analogy goes, you wouldn't run a marathon without training, so why wouldn't you train for a big life event, like birthing your babe?
How Prepare to Push can help
If this is your first time here, my name is Nikki and I am a personal trainer and pre and post natal fitness specialist. I have taught Mum and Baby Fitness, and worked one-on-one with pregnant and post-natal Mamas.
I took this program myself when I was pregnant, and I believe it REALLY helped me when I spontaneously went into labour six weeks early! My Doula never had time to show up, it all happened so fast. But because I took this course, I had done the work - the strength, mobility and flexibility and breathing exercises - and all the rest of the homework. So I knew what I wanted and how.
Amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, I have been listening to what's going on in the birth world, and during these crazy times, I want to empower you with the same knowledge that empowered me.
The Prepare to Push Workshop
This workshop lasts three hours, and will run for two weekend mornings (1.5 hours each).
In addition to the live Zoom workshop, you will get lifetime access to the online Prepare to Push content, valued at $147USD. For details on course content, check out this link: https://www.vaginacoach.com/P2P
You will also be connected to our private Prepare to Push Facebook page, keeping you connected to other Mamas and giving you access to pre-recorded workout videos that you have access anytime.
