What is Pelacore?

Pelacore is a transformative core strengthening program that fuses the science of physical therapy with core techniques from Pilates, yoga and barre, making it both effective and enjoyable. 

Pelacore is a great workout for everyone at any age who wants to end lower back pain, build strength, increase endurance, eliminate incontinence, improve sexual enjoyment and address other problems caused by a weak pelvic core. 

Pelacore is especially beneficial for athletes, women during pregnancy and post-pregnancy, women who are post-menopausal, as well as anyone who has had pelvic or back surgery.

Pelacore helps people who want to feel amazing again without the need for invasive surgery or potentially addictive pain medications. In Pelacore classes or one-on-ones, Nikki teaches powerful pelvic core strengthening and muscle activation techniques.

I was drawn to Pelacore because it intelligently fuses pelvic floor training with methodical movement, and helps people build that critical pelvic core foundation that is required before they can safely move forward with achieving other fitness goals.
