Custom Nutrition Programs for busy women and Mums

Congratulations on taking this next step on your personal health, fitness and wellness journey! As many of us know, healthy eating habits are key to achieving your fitness goals. The truth is, you can workout until the cows come home, but you can’t out-train a bad diet. 

So if you are struggling to lose fat, or struggling to lose fat despite being active, it might be time to take a closer look at your eating habits.

While women benefit tremendously from exercise, exercise isn't as effective at helping them lose fat as men. (Blame hormones and  evolution.) You do need to exercise for leanness, fitness and a long and healthy life. But exercise can only help if you help it, with smart and careful food choices. This is where our "My Macro Plan" comes in - we do the thinking for you!

THE 'MY MACRO PLAN', customized to your lifestyle and body


The My Macro Plan is a customized macro-nutrient plan that takes into account your specific body-type, activity level, lifestyle and goals and takes the guess work out of portion sizes and what to eat. This program is not for everyone - if you are not interested in calorie counting, this option may not be for you. However, this program IS for you if:
  • You want a customized program that tells you exactly how much of what types of foods to eat each day.
  • You don't mind calorie counting.
  • You want to take the guess work out of your weekly menu.
  • You really love food, tend to over-eat and portion control is an issue for you.
  • You are a snacker. ​
  • Eat healthy, but still need a little guidance losing extra stubborn fat.​​

Salty and Sweaty Add-ons (aka Meal plans and at-home workouts)

We know busy people need to take the guess work out of life sometimes - including meal planning and workouts. 

You can choose to add on a customized meal plan that factors in your customized macro-nutrient breakdown. None of this is cookie-cutter - we take into account your food likes, dislikes, intolerances, allergies and create a sample plan that can work for you and can inspire you, tailored to your exact macro-nutrient breakdown. This option is an 8-week program that includes weekly Friday coaching calls to check in with Nikki, discuss ideas, options and troubleshoot to prepare for the following week.

We can also toss in a Movement Calendar, that includes High Intensity Interval Training workout videos that you can do at home, including video instructions at the beginning of each workout.
